Returns and warranties
If you want to return something for any reason, please fill in the return form. We will then get to work. After receiving the request, you will receive an email from us with an RMA number. Without this number, we cannot process your request. Please pack the item properly and return it to us using the address label we sent you. As soon as we have received the item, we will process the request further and the purchase price will be credited.
Costs may be charged depending on the reason for your return. If we have sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged, we will of course take it back free of charge. If you want to return an item because, for example, you have ordered too many, or have ordered different types to compare, or you have entered a wrong item number when ordering, we will not cover the shipping costs. We will, of course, take the items back.
All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. If a product is not working properly, please fill in the warranty form. Our colleagues in the customer service department will then deal with it. After receiving the request, you will receive an email from us with an RMA number. Without this number, we cannot process your request. We may ask you for more information so that we can better assess the warranty request. We may also call in the help of a supplier.
If, after receiving your order, it turns out that it is incomplete or that a product is damaged, you can report this to us by filling in the shortcoming form. Our colleagues in the customer service department will deal with this immediately. Depending on the desired solution that you have indicated when reporting the shortcoming, either a backorder will be placed or the return process will be initiated and the purchase price credited.
