Orders for in-stock items placed on weekdays before 18:00 will be shipped the same day. Night delivery is also available if you have a night safe. Curious about your order's shipping status? You can find this information in your webshop order or the confirmation email we sent you.


If you're nearby and prefer to collect your order, our Hoogvliet counter is open on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00. We're here to help you with both placing and collecting your order. You can even place an order for immediate pickup and collect it right away at the counter or retrieve your online order


You can easily order from us using your account and pay on account – it's all about convenience. Upon setting up your account, we'll discuss your payment terms, usually set at 30 days after the invoice date. Although we strive for seamless orders, sometimes hiccups occur. Need to return something? Just indicate it on the return form, and we'll take care of it. If your order is overdue or you're missing items, you can check the order's shipping status or report a shortage.


Quality matters to us. We exclusively provide items from top-notch A-brand manufacturers and our reliable Intertruck brand, which offers comparable or superior quality. However, in the rare event of an item not meeting expectations, we apologize. If it's within warranty, complete the guarantee form, and we'll handle it for you.
